- Boat is available 7 days a week.
- If you renting without a captain, must have experience with boats.
- It will be full tank of gas, you have to return it in full or you will be charged separately Late return fee is $150 per hour.
- For excessive cleaning $100 fee .
- Captain fee $150 half day $200 - full day

Security deposit
A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the renter’s credit card. Renters are liable up to $5,000 in damages, including their $500 security deposit.
All damage deposits are held until the investigation of damage is complete. In order to file a claim, you must have completed the check-in and check-out to verify the boat’s condition and detail any damages that took place during the booking.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellations until 4 days before the booking start date.
50% refund for cancellations between 2-4 days before the booking start date.
Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
WAIVER
We require you to sign a Waver at checkout.
Driver’s must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license and major credit card.
Please make sure to bring your driver’s license and major credit card.
Driver’s born on or after January 1, 1988, must present a Florida Boaters Safety Card or another state equivalent.
